Project Guidance & Oversight

For renovations and larger projects

Renovations involve many moving parts — and that’s where guidance matters most.

For larger projects, I work alongside my husband, Kerry, and trusted contractors within our network to help ensure that design decisions are clearly communicated and thoughtfully executed.

This service may include:

  • Project planning and coordination
     

  • Contractor and vendor communication
     

  • Scheduling and timeline oversight
     

  • Design oversight to maintain cohesion
     

  • Material selection and approvals
     

  • On-site visits and quality checks
     

Project guidance is customized based on scope and complexity and may be billed:

  • Hourly
     

  • As a flat service agreement
     

Or as a percentage of the total project cost (Details are outlined clearly before work begins.)
